1. What we collect
When you create a GLOTX account we collect your email address, display name, and authentication details. When you use the service we process the content you submit for translation — text, documents, and images — together with technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the GLOTX translation services, authenticate your account, bill paid plans, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you translate to train third-party models.
3. Content you translate
Text, documents, and images you submit are processed to produce your translation and are retained only as long as needed to deliver the result and operate features you use (such as translation history, where available). You can delete your account at any time, which removes content associated with it.
4. Cookies
GLOTX uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session cookies) and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Third-party processors
We rely on infrastructure and AI providers to run the service. These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements and may not use it for their own purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
